THREE PIGS EXTENDED PLAY

Another great day of trailbuilding on the mountain resulted in the completion of the extension of the Three Pigs. The new section of trail goes through some wide open woods and avoids the last road section. This fine addition exits onto road #2100 just south of the Kiosk on the towers road

A huge shout out goes to Trillium for turning out almost 30 volunteers and providing the awesome Banditos Burritos for lunch. One might think the company that owns the land would take a back seat to helping out on the hill.

But that's not the case here and Trillium does more than just hand over the keys to the gate, they put some sweat into the trail to make the mountain a better place too. We are indeed lucky!

Four of us finished the exit today and the trail is riding sweet. The bottom section is still a tad rough and a few spots will need a quick grooming but it's all rideable and all GOOD!!
